About Me

I am Esra, the founder of the brand ESYUS. I grew up in a small village in Germany, and after completing high school, I decided to pursue my studies in Turkey, the land where my family's roots lie.

As the founder of ESYUS, I've poured my heart and soul into crafting cruelty-free fashion. From battling through numerous heart operations since the age of 15 to wearing a defibrillator every day, my journey has been both a test of strength and a testament to my unwavering commitment to creating a better, more compassionate world through our vegan bags.

Since my early childhood, I've shared a deep bond with animals. They've been my companions through my brightest moments and a constant source of support during my darkest Ames. This enduring connection has been the driving force behind my passion for starting a vegan brand.

Our Materials

Apple Leather from Italy

Our bags are made from high-quality apple leather, manufactured in Italy. Apple leather is a sustainable alternative to traditional leather, derived from the remnants of the apple juice industry. In the Trentino-South Tyrol region, one of the leading apple-growing areas in Italy, apple waste is transformed into an innovative and durable material. This process not only reduces waste but also creates a product that is as robust and stylish as real leather.

Vegan Suede from Deadstock

For the interior of our bags, we use vegan suede made from deadstock materials. Deadstock refers to unused fabrics that remain in ateliers. By using these materials, we contribute to reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable fashion industry. The benefits of deadstock materials are manifold: they help conserve resources, reduce the ecological footprint, and add a unique touch to each product since the materials are often available in limited quantities.

Future Materials:

Leather from Corn, Tea, Mushroom and Cactus

We are continually working to expand our range of materials and discover even more sustainable alternatives. In the near future, we plan to use leather made from grain, tea, and cactus. These innovative materials offer not only ecological benefits but also a variety of textures and properties, making each bag a special experience.
