How can I exchange or return my order?

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, take advantage of our 14-day refund policy from the date of receipt. For a successful refund, please ensure the item is in its original condition and accompanied by its undamaged original dust bag.

As a growing startup, we regret to inform you that we can't provide free returns, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@esyus.de. We will guide you through the process. Once the product has arrived with us, we will process the refund. Please note that this may take up to 14 days.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping within Europe takes 2-7 days.
  • International shipping outside Europe takes 7-15 days.

Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?

Orders within Europe do not incur any taxes or customs duties. For orders outside the EU, additional costs such as taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply. These fees must be borne by the customer. Any additional charges for customs clearance are beyond our control, and ESYUS cannot predict the value of these charges.
